Ever wonder how our gardens grow? We have an amazing crew of volunteers and leaders from the Western Mass Master Gardeners Association!
Join the members of our Class of 2025 Committees on August 24th from 10am-12pm for an overview of WMMGA, and what Master Gardeners do, our volunteer projects, what the training class is like and what skills we’ll be looking for in applicants.
Then we’ll open up the event so folks in attendance can ask whatever questions they might have – and all Master Gardeners who are there are happy to answer any questions and offer their own thoughts about the many services WMMGA members provide to our communities. Even if you’re not sure about becoming a Master Gardener, come by learn more about how you can get involved in any capacity!
The Western Massachusetts Master Gardener Association is a member-managed nonprofit organization dedicated to the educational mission of promoting good and sustainable gardening practices. Each Master Gardener has completed an in-depth training program, including hands-on activities in gardening and public education, and has made a commitment to participate in WMMGA-sponsored public programs each year. WMMGA is an Affiliate of the national Master Gardener program of the American Horticultural Society.
