The Jack-Row-Lantern open house and fun regatta will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday to introduce water sports and the joys of the river to folks who may want to give rowing and kayaking a try.
Visit the Pioneer Valley Riverfront Club to learn more about the sport of rowing and watch a rowing competition featuring PVRC, Holyoke Rows, Northampton Community Rowing, and others on the Connecticut River. For all ages. Rain or shine. Free parking next door at 77 West Street, Springfield MA 01104 (but please do not park at the Pride Gas Station). Costumes are welcome (but this is not a trick-or-treat event).
