Some things to consider before arriving:
First, The walk is entirely “outdoors.” The path will take you along grass, woodchips, packed dirt, gravel, and concrete. There may be some standing puddles or other areas of soft dirt/mud to be aware of. You will not need muck boots or anything like that, but plan on footwear that you would wear outdoors off of pavement.
This is a lightshow with A LOT of lights. If you have sensitivity issues to light, it is something to be aware of. There are absolutely not strobe lights, but there will be some flashing from step controllers to mimic motion. Most of the lights were are using are LED’s and there are a lot of them, so some of the areas will end up being bright.
Second, we are on a online ONLY reservation system. Tickets will not be sold on site, and you will need to have your reservation prior to showing up. We are doing this to provide an enjoyable experience for everyone and minimize the overcrowding on the trail. Reservations will be available in 15-minute increments the same as last year. You must show up within your time block otherwise the tickets will not scan/entry will be denied.
Third, dogs. We love them just as much as you, but they need to stay home for this event please. There are dark areas, bright lights, music, lasers, confined spaces, and a lot of people. We want everyone to have a safe, good, and fun time while walking through event. Last thing we want is someone having an incident with another persons’ fur baby.
