Ages 12 and older. Guided mindful fall forest walk with Suzy and Jala. Incorporates forest bathing, meditation, Qi Gong and mindful breathing! Dress in layers. Wear sturdy boots or shoes. Bring bug spray, water and a snack. Space is limited.
