Honoring Robert Burns with a Scottish dinner
The great poet Robert Burns who saved his country’s literary heritage was the most lively and amusing company. He was fond of a dram or two, has been honored with a traditional feast since 1801, which remains much the same in format and menu 215 years later. Pipes, songs, poems, scotch, and a dose of real haggis combine to make a cold winter night a little brighter and warmer!
