An Evening with New York Times Best-Selling Author Jason Reynolds
Join us for an evening with Jason Reynolds, New York Times best-selling author. Reynolds has appeared on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, The Daily Show with Trevor Noah, Late Night with Seth Meyers, CBS Sunday Morning, Good Morning America, and various media outlets.
Most recently, Reynolds published works have included Miles Morales: Suspended, the sequel to his first book in the franchise, and Aint Burned All the Bright, which was a Caldecott Honor winner made in collaboration with artist and good friend Jason Griffin. One of Reynolds most noted books, Stamped: Racism, Antiracism, and You, was written in collaboration with author and historian Ibram X. Kendi, PhD, who was the 2020 Springfield College Arts Humanities speaker.
Reynolds novels and poetry have received many recognitions and awards. In 2019, his award-winning book, Look Both Ways: A Tale Told in Ten Blocks, was a National Book Award finalist, Carnegie Medal winner, and was named one of the best books by NPR.
Book signing will follow the lecture.
