Come say hello and see who’s new at the zoo.
After a long winter, the animals at Lupa Zoo are ready to welcome visitors back to their Ludlow home for a new season of fun and learning on Saturday, April 6, at 10 a.m.
Hundreds of animals on 20 acres await animal lovers of all ages, including encounters with zebras, camels, alpacas, monkeys, lemurs, squirrels, antelope, parrots, finches, colorful peacocks, foxes, black and white swans, Himalayan bears and so many other living creatures to see.
Lupa Zoo is open to the public from April to November, weather permitting.
**We are CLOSED MOST MONDAYS, but we are OPEN on April 15, Memorial Day, Labor Day & Columbus Day.
Lupa Zoo is great for all ages and easy for walking. There are plenty of areas to sit and rest as well. Please wear proper attire. Shirt and shoes are required. It is best to wear closed-toed, comfortable walking shoes. Check the weather. Sunblock is great for sunny days, especially for little ones. Rainy days are just as fun, but don’t forget your rain boots.
