Here’s how it works:
The Western Mass Job Trail brings together job seekers and employers! Job seekers are able to start a new career and secure steady work and employers can boost business to better serve their customers while they are fully staffed.
Local businesses hiring throughout Western Mass will list their open positions at the link below. Interested applicants can visit any of these businesses, fill out an application, schedule an opportunity to interview and maybe even leave with a job.
Job seekers: Check out the businesses on the list and make professional connections that can lead to a new career. Although this is not a centralized job fair, we encourage you to map out the trail for each business you are interested in and prepare your application materials and questions about the company and/or positions. Follow the directions listed by each business regarding ‘how to apply’.
